Ivy is amazing.. she always does the best job . Horizon nails is the only nail place I found in the area that actually uses professional UV gel. Other salons will say they have it but it’s just cheap over the counter gel. Staff is super nice here and they give back massages while your nails are drying.
The salon is always clean, and the staff are fast, efficient, and welcoming. Even without an appointment, they do a great job accommodating walk-ins since they have a large team.
I've had both manicures and pedicures here, but the pedicure truly stood out and is something that I would go back for. The foot massage was incredible, I didn't realize how much tension I was carrying until then. After a long day of standing, I left not only with beautifully polished toes but also feeling genuinely relaxed. Sonia was fantastic; she did an excellent job on my tiny toenails and gave an amazing massage that completely relieved the stress of the day. Highly recommend!
The only problem is that there seems to be turn over of staff frequently.
