We had a wonderful experience at this urgent care center in Toms River during a recent visit with my 11-year-old daughter this morning. She had a stubborn splinter in her foot, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism. A special thank you to Julie, the provider, who was absolutely amazing with my daughter. She was patient, gentle, and truly caring throughout the entire process. Julie even called in another nurse, Kim, to help with an injection, and she too was incredibly sweet and supportive. At no point did either of them lose patience, even as the procedure took nearly an hour. They worked carefully and gave us time to rest when we needed it. It never felt rushed — just compassionate, thorough care. I can’t express how grateful we are for how they treated my daughter and helped her feel calm and safe. We highly recommend this urgent care team for your medical needs. Their kindness and professionalism made a tough situation so much easier.
All doctor visits, no matter where you go, can essentially take time. Every minute waiting is worth it in the end with Dr. Q because he is an absolutely amazing person on top of his professionalism. Establishing both a medical and personal connection, to me, is very important and Dr. Q fully fills both those areas. I would 100% recommend him and the staff to anyone. Very happy with all aspects of the care myself and my family receive.
Highly recommend! Took my child to the Eatontown office after a sports injury. Each and every staff member was kind, knowledgeable and caring. The facilities were impeccable!
