I’ve been coming to Evolution for years and have always loved my hair! When my hair didn’t turn out quite as I expected this particular time, I called and Ken was very professional. He said he wanted me to be happy and got me in again immediately in Eatontown. All of the stylists are so friendly and kind. Jade, who I hadn’t see before, worked on my hair and I noticed what an excellent rapport she had with all of her coworkers. It was nice seeing the positive interactions between her and the other stylists, and I felt very valued when her and Ken got me in again so quickly. :)

I have been going to Evolution for 3 years. I was talking to my stylist a bit loudly because the blow dryer was on. Kenneth, the owner, came over and said to keep it down and the whole salon could hear me. I was happily talking about my Daughters wedding. He embarrassed me like I was a child. I am 63 and have been to the best salons in N.Y.C and Paris. It’s a SALON…. Where you can chat and feel comfortable. I have been told that this salon has been not very friendly and now I know why

I was so tired of losing hours of precious time & money on hair that was only "good enough." SInce my stylist in North Jersey married and moved out of the country, I have bounced around salons and paid exhorbitant amounts of $ for so-so, not so good hair.
Then, my daughter recommended I see Katie at Evolution. I had Katie delicately add fine highlights to my red/gold hair. I am very particular about my hair. Not many people, regardless of years of experience, have been able to acheive the effect I like, yet when I left the salon that day I was absolutely thrilled with the results.
