Eric, was Great. I submitted a service request to American Home Shield on Sunday. They called back Monday morning and fit me in Tuesday before noon. He was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. First he tried to fix the sensor, and when that did not work he found the part from a local distributor and returned an hour later to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable. Also had a very good experience with Advanced Air Services when i used them 8 years ago!

Eric was able to fit us in within a few days of calling. American Home Shield had sent us 2 other companies but the wait times were much, much longer and business farther away. He showed up within the time window he stated, diagnosed the issue with our AC/Fan and had it fixed quickly. A great experience.
