They acknowledged you when you come in, and by working together they get you out soon, however, if they are charging $100 for gel mani/pedi I almost feel as if they charge only for the gel. Nor my toes nor my hands were scrub and that “smooth skin” feeling on my feet was not felt. They are never busy because customers feel as if they pay for an incomplete service and thats why they go somewhere else. First and last time. We should be getting a better result for the money we are paying. Just a few days after I had it done my “gel” was already coming off. So imagine I felt, can’t even use the chair massager because is too old… how it was more painful than anything...read full review

Over the years they have consistently provided the best pedicure in the tri state area (at least that I have experienced).
I always leave feeling like a princess!
AND the shop is clean and the owners/employees always act appropriately with poise!

I asked my Mom where she wants to go for her mani pedi, "the local place or the one with the nice husband and wife?" She chose Jen and Steve. We've been here 4 times over that past few months. They treat my Mom like a queen. She's a bit immobile - they take their time moving her around and making sure she's comfortable. I know we'll be back for the 5 star service we always get here. Good people. Incredible long lasting product. Fair prices. Great experience.
