The team was great from start to finish - made several suggestions during the initial consult that were minor changes from what we/ our contractor had initially said but they either made the space significantly more usable or saved significant money on the construction. Fees were very reasonable compared to others, Joe was incredibly responsive via email and even made last second changes at the request of the contractor without over run billings. Would definitely recommend using them
