I echo the excellent experiences I've had with Jazz and Sophie. I admit the reservation system takes some getting used to, but this is because they get a lot of reservations, which I suspect is because of the reasonable prices and talented results. I defy anyone to find a better value out there from experienced, friendly, talented experts. And never felt pressured regarding tipping.
The fact that you can put your self on the wait list, and they send text messages, means I can arrive just on time, and not waste time waiting, plus they keep a record of how to cut my hair so I get a very nice cut each time, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Lew M
