I bought parts for a mercedes in 2020. I bought a newer mercedes and wanted the same part for the newer car. The representative was able to locate the item previously and researched the compatibility. The professionalism, and customer satisfaction went beyond expectations. If cloning was legal it would be an exceptional asset to all companies.
