Dr. Brody is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. She took me on very short notice, right after she came back from vacation, because I broke a front tooth. However, not crazy about Grace the office manager. Called twice and asked her to please return my call. I wanted to know if she could put me on a list in case someone left and they had an opening. She never called. I get they aren't taking new patients right now, but that doesn't mean you have to be dismissive to the ones who are not full-time patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Brody for many years. Beyond her strong competency in general dentistry and her specialty in cosmetic dentistry, she is kind, compassionate and very caring. The entire staff is equally professional from Grace who manages scheduling, reception etc. and the hygienists, especially Marianne, who has also treated me for years. I can't say enough about this practice!
