I worked there in the robot packaging area and the way some Dominican supervisors treat the employees is totally terrible, discriminatory, they exploit the elderly ladies. They fired me yesterday 11/18/2023 because I didn't let them yell at me, disrespect me, some leaders are part of that bad behavior, I wanted to talk to the manager but they didn't let me have access to her and in a very bad way I they fired I rate the treatment as terrible, discriminatory, rude and exploitative 0 empathy, they instill fear in employees that they will be fired

I enjoyed working their but I got the manager told me I couldn't play music while working I didn't know but I kept my book bag with me because people steal at the job so I admitted I gave the manager a hard time she was going to fire me I apologize, but this Spanish girl who was cleaning the lunch room and bathrooms was annoying she was too rude and bothered about putting my food in the refrigerator with my bag shetold on meand the manager fired me she got me fired3. That's discrimination why she didn't mine her business and she didn't bothered other Spanish people but me being black she doing too much
