“We had a long list of projects at our house that needed work. Montclair Handyman Services gave us a free estimate that itemized each task with the description of work and amount for each task. Their descriptions matched exactly what was needed and the price was reasonable so we decided to hire them. We are so happy we did! Everything went very smoothly and we were more than satisfied with the results.We then hired them to replace the old insulation in the crawl space under our family room that was falling down in places. There is very little room to maneuver and we had no luck in the past finding anyone that would do the job, even the original contractor that had built the add-on. This was a difficult job! They removed the old insulation, replaced it with new, and sealed everything in with hard plastic sheeting to prevent it from getting dirty or falling down in the future. Just what was needed.This company does quality work with attention to details. I highly recommend them.“

“Liz and her team are extremely professional, courteous, and and done 9n a timely fashion when it comes to getting the job done.I originally needed to do some light tile work on a small bathroom. As we started the work I noticed that I needed more work done on the house. I wasn't sure if they were able to do other jobs. So, I decided to ask if they were able to do some other jobs round the house not knowing what their team can or can't do. I'm glad I asked.Next thing I knew, they helped me with painting the rooms in the home, fixed my sump pump, an ejector pump, replaced the main shut off valve and the list went one.I still had a few more things that I need to do on my new home (roof, steps and other concrete work). “I had a small job and I reached out to Fences 4 Us primarily because they had great reviews and they're local to me...I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses. Well to my delight Reinaldo came through like the pro that he is! I called on Wednesday and after leaving a message he returned the call within about 30 minutes. We agreed that he would swing by to look at what needed to get done, but left the time open. He said he would swing by soon as he could since he would be in the area. He did exactly that. He also said he'd call me back with a quote, which he also delivered on. I hired him on the spot...didn't even ask for any other quotes. I signed a contract that very same day, Wednesday, which pretty much left the work date open, but Reinaldo inserted 'ASAP'. It's towards the end of summer and everyone knows that contractors are still super busy. Sure enough yesterday, Friday, his guys were in the area so he called me and said they could swing by on their way back if that was good for me. Ah, yeah...so job completed as promised! Anyone who has dealt with contractors know that reliability, and quality of work are huge. Yes price is important, but what's the value in a cheap price if they don't show up when expected, or they show up to spike the job and don't come back for days, or they do a poor job, or all of those. Unfortunately as many of us do, I have one of those nosy 'Karen' neighbors from hell and Reinaldo came up with a great suggestion. I'm hoping to hire him for the additional project sooner rather than later I highly recommend Fences 4 Us to anyone who may need installation or removal.“
