I went today to get a Valentino set gift and when I got there and found it was sold out, Amanda kindly guided me through which Valentino perfume to get and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I appreciate her customer service and patience during these times, especially because it is holiday season and workers in retail can get burned out. I hope more employees in Ulta are like her.

This location is moderately sized. It's actually neat compared to other locations. Although a few items I went looking for were not in stock. Definitely a busy location. I must acknowledge the sales associate Aaliyah, she was amazing at helping me. She is very patient and kind. I believe I took over an hour of her time as she did a color match for me and my sister. She was pleasant and polite throughout the whole ordeal even though she was constantly interrupted by other customers. She did not try and shove products at me and she walked us through the whole process and stopped along the way to show us the difference in looks. She's amazing at her job.

Went a few weeks ago and Aliyah was extremely kind and helpful helping me find a foundation that best matched my skin! She was so sweet and gave me great tips as well. Best customer service ive had at any makeup store!!
