Best gym hands down in north jersey! Started here when i was 18 . 35 now , still can’t beat it. New owner definitely has turn the gym around. Staff is great too. Especially Blanca ! She’s so nice and always has a smile on her face. Great energy! Definitely recommend checking it out.
Strong and Shapely has a lot of unique machines that might not be found in other gyms. I enjoy this gym particularly since it has sections where it's dedicated to just abs or back for example. Great gym! Also if you see Blanca she is the best person/trainer who works there.
Is the best gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve been training for almost 30 years. The place is awesome they have every machine you can think of people are great and the owner Paulie is the most educated person. He’s always there to help you out with any of your fitness and health needs.
