I used Built Tough for a complete gut and reno project that included a dental office and a 3 bed/2 bath apartment in a house that was abandoned for over 10 years. Our porch was in dire need of repair, and after my very first conversation with Built Tough, I knew I had found the right contractor. They truly listened to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and were never hesitant to answer any of my questions. The entire project went smoothly and exceeded all of my expectations.
Midway through the project, we decided to widen the steps to better match the aesthetics of the rest of the porch. Built Tough was able to accommodate the change without any issues and clearly explained what was needed to make it happen.

Such a great experience working with Bill and Brandon of Built Tough and their team of professionals- electrician, plumber, painter etc. They steered us in the right direction to choose appliances, countertops, cabinets and floors. They were onsite daily and responded immediately to answer any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
