Our furnace stopped two days before Christmas. I called Aeromark HVAC. Aeromark responded quickly and sent Moe to help us.He did a thorough check of the system and replaced the defective part. He saved our holiday.
Amazing responsiveness, I opened a service contract with them back in May, and they sent someone out to check my unit out after moving into an apartment, unclear of how long it has been since the last service. Everything was great for the beginning of the summer, but unfortunately, my compressor decided to shut off completely in the height of the hot day yesterday. Aeromark was able to get someone out to me the next day, (Moe, the best there is) and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Since I had a service contract, there was a discount for the work done. The service team at aeromark went above and beyond to help solve my issue last week. My A/C went out and they came the same day to help diagnose the issue and replace the parts that day. Will be using them again!! 10/10 would highly recommend them!!
