Yes, they clean your clothes. Yes, it costs $1.99 per item. No, they never get off their phone to acknowledge you or say thank you. And if they put in your phone number wrong when looking up the item it wasn't bc they were on the phone, you must have given them the wrong number.
You get what you pay for... never had any bad experience where they ruined a garment, but I've had more than one where they couldn't remove a simple stain from some pants or a tie. And their customer service is not good enough to make up for the lack of quality
