His pricing is also fair. He is punctual with his timing and he graciously worked around my schedule. His Certified workmanship and materials used also secured a lifetime warranty which can be passed on to a new owner.
Additionally his men are his employees, not subcontractors. They were very courteous and worked together very conscientiously. I was especially impressed with the detail and time they took to secure the flashings around my chimneys to make it look good.
I also was blessed by their careful and respectful clean up procedure. They used a large metal motorized box called a roof buggy or “drivable dumpster”. It eliminated the need to drape shrubs with tarps, etc. No mess! Thus I was not held prisoner all day in my house because of tarps all around your house. A few weeks ago I also had to oversee a new roof installation at a relative’s house in which they surrounded the house with tarps, debris, equipment, etc. I had to stay indoors all day. What a difference from my experience with Miraglia Roofing!“
