“I had gotten extensions put in by someone else (not at this location) I went to several places due to bad k tips and they all did not want to take on that large project. I called this salon crying and they had me come in for a consultation then and there. They even tried to help by having a girl who does extensions come in, sadly she did not feel well. They had me come in first thing the next morning and Melissa did my hair on her day off. She was kind, explained everything to me, and even took on the 5-hour long process of removing jenky k tips (once again this was not originally done there.) The staff was very kind and professional and the finished product of my hair tape in extensions was beautiful. Thanks for being kind!“

“I have had my nails done 3 times now with Vivi and she has done an amazing job each time! She has been the best nail tech I have ever had from her talent to her customer service. She is quick and highly efficient. The first 2 times I had tips on my nails and since then my nails have grown so I had been thinking about doing something with my natural nails. Vivi noticed the growth and asked if I wanted to do something with my natural nails. She did such a wonderful job. I highly recommend Vivi and Yoyo Nails.“
