I was having some issues with my health insurance and the front desk, namely Melissa and Arabia, helped me tremendously through the process of finding answers and ultimately solving my insurance issues. Not only is the therapy physically helpful but the intake staff is very welcoming and helpful. Melissa is very joyvial and forthright at helping in anyway that is needed and she's consistent in her approach. I appreciated that about this particular office.

This place is amazing everyone is full of knowledge and are very inviting. My son is a special needs and they never get annoyed or angry when he is struggling to comprehend or complete his therapy. They work around his issues and alway find a way to complete it with out compromising the integrity of the therapy I 10000% recommend this facility to anyone who needs a little extra understanding
I have used JAG for several different issues over the years. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I continued with JAG due more to location and convenience. The most negative issue I experienced was with their Billing department. Extremely slow to resolve my issue (4+ months) with little follow-up and many miscommunications between them, my insurance co./HSA. It took up too much of my personal time poking them for a resolve. Yeah, I could would still recommend them but not over enthusiastically.
