ELITE Fitness Alliance

After working out in gyms for over 40 years I joined Elite as it offered a different fitness experience.
They have personal training and small group classes. I take the small groups.
The classes are well planned out, and taught. They can involve weight training, cardio, core, balance or all the above. The classes are challenging and fun.
Coupled with the nutritional guidance I’ve received I’m seeing the results I hoped for in a short period of time.
Brittany and the other trainers are great conducting classes, advising and encouraging. If you’re looking for a different type of workout, that will keep you motivated, this is the place.

I’ve officially been a member of Elite Fitness Alliance for a year and a half, and I can honestly say my body has transformed in ways I didn’t even know were possible.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve actually stayed consistent with working out, and I truly believe it’s because of the environment they’ve created here. I don’t just make myself go to the gym, I actually look forward to going.

I love going to the classes at Elite Fitness! The classes are small, which makes the experience feel much more personalized. The instructors are amazing - they make sure you're using the right technique, encourage you to push yourself, and are always supportive.
I've been going for less than six months, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in my energy, strength, and overall fitness. I'm so glad I found Elite Fitness!
