My husband and I joined Elite Fitness at the end of 2022. The gym is very clean, not crowded as we signed up for private sessions, and cleanliness is above par. Everything is sanitized after each session. I hated doing any kind of exercises, but Brittany makes it easy and challenging and fun at the same time. Before we joined, walking short distances was a challenge and I was out of breath. After about 10 months of joining, we went on a long trip which required a lot of walking (about 4-5 miles per day). I was asked once, “Why do you eat so many canned sardines?” Well it all started here. Big shoutout to Ryan for being an inspiration in trying out new things and pushing me to go further than I ever thought I could. If you end up meeting him, he’s a big fan of Shakira.
Going to ELITE was one of the best decisions I made when I first started my fitness journey. From the great personal training and group sessions, to the insightful one-on-one coaching sessions - I highly recommend them to everyone.
