I will not be returning to this business. This was the second pair of pants out of 9 that I brought in where the tailoring was off, leaving one leg, noticeably shorter than the other. When I politely brought this second issue to the owner‘s attention I was met with extreme hostility, and zero accountability rather than apologizing or fixing the pant, she was unkind unprofessional and told me she was “tired of me”. Basic quality control, decent Customer Service and simply good manners shouldn’t be too much to ask when you’re paying good money to a business for services. Completely unacceptable experience.

They ripped my curtains and sneakily returned them folded.
It wasn’t until a few days later that we discovered the irreparable damage. When confronted, they offered to fix it , but unfortunately the rips were beyond salvage.
At that point, they ceased to understand English and communication became impossible

They do an excellent job, are very efficient, have pretty reasonable prices & they're pleasant to deal witb...Have used them for hemming the bottom of jeans, zipper replacement & patching where my pants were worn thin in crotch area...All work was very satisfactory!! Lor G
