I have never had any problems with the company. I understand when there is a delay as I know these ladies work hard and travel a long time from one house to another I recommend the work!

Cleaning team does a decent job only hassle is they never arrive on-time and will keep you waiting for entire day. The scheduling team needs to do a better job to scope out the work they schedule for the day, it’s not the cleaning teams fault if the job they scheduled 2 hours ended up needing 5 hours!! The appointment scheduling team needs to ask basic questions - how many rooms, bedrooms, deep cleaning and allocate timing accordingly to each job, instead of being rude on phone and not honoring the scheduled appointment time. 11-1 pm slot but no cleaning team still at 5 pm now!!

I am new to the service, but so far it has been excellent. The scheduling was easy and worked with my schedule. I am surprised by the price since it was so low compared to what I’ve had in the past. I did not ask for them to clean the whole house (because we have some private areas), but the rooms I asked them to clean they cleaned well!
