The worst experience, they are not professional at all. I thought was a simple battery replacement and literally they scratch my Movado watch… and never fixed, they were tried to charge extra for no reason… bad idea bring to a local place. Think twice when you have a nice piece would send to original company repair for better service and resolution.

Carlos is a great guy and is very professional as far as a jeweler/watch repairman. I’ve bright many of watches to him with various issues. Carlos tackles everything from installing batteries, removing links, even soldering new holes to help watch bracelets fit more securely. Carlos is always friendly and greets you with a smile.
