I was in factory records last Wednesday, wanting to buy a turntable speakers and receiver. Had the pleasure of working with Mike, extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain all in detail. He even put my turntable together for me. Answered all my questions with a smile, the man truly loves his job. They had a very large inventory of equipment which was awesome. Brought me back to the 80s!! Great place great vibe

Awesome place with a great environment and super friendly staff. Bought records, 8 tracks, and recently a record player/receiver/speaker system and have been happy with all my purchases. When I had trouble setting up my record player system the audio department gentleman Ethan walked me through the steps to diagnose and resolve the problem on my end—very friendly and patient. Can’t ask for anything more!
