Had hair trim and root touch-up on Thursday 2/22/24 . All the staff very nice and friendly. Listened to me and gave me just what I wanted the way I always get my hair done. Left there feeling great as I always do and comfortable. Definitely recommend. It's like a hidden treasure back there at the jc penney salon.

I have to say if you‘re a black woman or a person with kinky or curly hair you have to come to the jcp salon and ask for Cynthia! She is the best hairstylist in this south jersey area for black hair! She can do natural styles on natural hair, silk press on natural or relaxed, she can do relaxers, cut/style/color any hair texture and leave with shiny results! She’s been in the game forever and you’ll always leave beyond satisfied! pure class and talent.

I cut about 10 to 12 inches off my hair. Well Michelle did! And omg I have never been so happy with a haircut. I’ve gotten so many compliments! I will always trust my hair in your hands! Thank you for making me so happy!
