I needed a lock added to a sliding glass door. Master Grinding was great at walking me through how to order the part (The door manufacturer only deals directly with consumers). Installation was quick and they were friendly and professional.

Amazing service. These folks either answer quickly or return calls promptly while also making very timely appointments. The work is solid as I have used them on different projects. Prices are fair. There was even one occasion where they installed something. In 2 weeks later it broke. They came out same day and replaced it with a brand new product at no additional charge. Couldn't have been any more professional and courteous. I recommend them very highly.

I love how Master Grinding & Security is mobile 1st. That makes their pricing much more competitive. Also, they were on time and suggested changes as they went through the process!
