This is SO long overdue - I had the privilege to meet 1:1 with Jen at the beginning of April this year, 2025. Right away, she put me at ease, her voice and demeanor are soothing and she’s very patient. What I loved about our 1:1, she worked with what I already have/owned. She gave me a wonderful routine to follow for my skin. She taught me how to use the gua sha stone as well - WOW! She turned everything around right away and I was able to start it up immediately. She gave me detailed instructions, and reasonings as to why we were doing things in the order we were.

Please let me say if you are searching for the ABSOLUTE BEST facial, I cannot sing the praises loudly enough for Jen. AMAZING! Jen’s knowledge & skill of her craft are of pinnacle status.
Although I had my eyes closed throughout the session, I could feel state-of-the-art equipment and top-of-the-line products were being used for my treatment.
Jen makes the tailored-to-you experience comfortable, relaxing and hoping/wishing the appointment will never end. You leave exhilarated and ready to accept the compliments of “you look so refreshed” that continually come your way.
