Very happy with the service provided by Bartlett. Kevin arrived as promised true to the appt time and walked the property with me to review my areas of concern and make suggestions. The work included pruning, removing some trees with stump grinding, and soil care. The crew was 3 or 4 guys and they did a great job. I should have thought ahead of time to move my flowerpots from their work area but they were kind enough to clear the area themselves and they put everything back on their own initiative. Bartlett Tree Experts lives up to its name; its arborists are highly educated experts on trees. What other tree services miss, they find; they know trees better than anyone else.
We had a large Norway Maple removed last week. Bartlett made the entire process very easy; they explained everything that was needed, including to our next door neighbors. The work itself was done very well, in a safe and efficient manner.
