“So for context, I'm pretty picky about my haircut. The top of my head has slower growth than the sides, so if I leave it for a while, the side of my hair starts to resemble headphones. My ideal cut is a #6 buzz into a blend with scissors for the top. The person I've been going to for the last 8 years retired, and I was very nervous about finding someone new. I kept putting off my cut because of this, and my hair was out of control.

I found this place because the reviews were good, it was close to my house, and I liked the vintage barber shop vibe they have going on. That being said, I really didn't go in with any expectations. I was mostly nervous about finding a new barber.

I saw Martha, and after briefly explaining what I liked, she proceeded to give me probably the best haircut I've had in years. Absolutely perfect job all around, and she even did my eye brows and trimmed the edges around my hair by hand. Plus she was a very nice lady.

My only concern now is how long Martha has until she retires because this is where I'll be going for life.

And the prices are exceptional. I easily would have paid triple for the service I got.“
