    Ah yes, Dr. Domsky—where bedside manner goes to die. Sadly, this wasn’t my first rodeo with the human icicle himself, but it was definitely the last. After tolerating his signature cocktail of smugness, rudeness, and barely concealed disdain on previous visits, I had the distinct displeasure of watching him hit a new low: refusing my trained service dog access to his precious little office… because his pet was already there. That’s right—his personal pet was free to roam, but my medical necessity wasn’t welcome. The hypocrisy practically screamed in surround sound. Throughout the visit, he couldn’t have been more dismissive if he tried—though knowing him, he probably was trying. He was cold, nasty, and so condescending I half expected him to offer me a juice box and a coloring book. Every word out of his mouth dripped with that special brand of arrogance only people with God complexes and zero self-awareness can muster. So, to the esteemed Dr. Domsky: thank you for making it so easy to never set foot near your ego-filled exam room again. I genuinely hope your pet gave you better emotional support than you’ve ever managed to offer a single patient.

    So, I am awake at 2:17 a.m. because the evening before I'm due for a procedure...one that was supposed to be scheduled for today...I found out that your office never scheduled it. I spoke to someone late last night who was apologetic. I emphatically explained that rescheduling is not an option. I scheduled the day off from work and ensured I had transportation. My husband is scheduled for the same procedure next week and then rotator cuff surgery on the 18th...meaning I have no transportation for my own procedure any time this year. And my deductible resets in January meaning I would have to come up with thousands out of pocket immediately while the procedure would be fully covered if done today. I received no more calls, so I lie awake worrying about getting pain relief today or having to wait several months. Had your or the surgical center's procedures been more patient-friendly and confirmed appointments and times a week or more in advance, I would not be awake at 2:28 a.m. worrying about how I am going to get this situatuon resolved. I hope you can resolve this today. If not, I'll find another doctor. Something similar happened 2 years ago with you. I don't appreciate the unnecessary stress or sleepless nights. I really like my doctor. But the practice has problems.

    Very pleased with Drs and staff . The only complaint I have is the wait time
