appointment was scheduled for 01/27/2026 at 11:00 AM. We were told it would be loaded according to our ETA. We checked in at 12:30 PM and were assigned a dock at 3:30 PM. Loading was completed at 5:30 PM. It was a -10 degree load.

Got here the night before my appointment and parked under the awnings. I was called for a door about an hour before my appointment and was unloaded in about an hour. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. They have a restroom and plenty of food options in the area you can get delivered.

Awesome place. Plenty of parking and they allow overnight as well. I arrived at 11:30am for a 3pm appt. I was backed to a dock almost immediately and they had me unloaded with paperwork by 1:10 pm. The crew was awesome especially the dude Vinny and there was no lumper to deal with. I'll go back any day
