Horrible service; they charge an arm and a leg for poorly constructed homes. Been trying to get in contact with the people incharge of my home for a month and no reply so they can fix what they built incorrectly.

Thought Monmouth Custom Builders was a honest company, but after hiring them to add an addition and the roof leaked year 1,2&3, they fixed all three times. Then 4 years later roof leaking in exact same spot as before!! Call to get it fixed and they gave me the name of the roofer they used but are no longer associated with. I didn’t hire a sub contractor on my addition I hired them and after multiple phone calls I’m stuck paying someone to fix my roof and the ceiling. I thought MCB would stand by their work! Guess not!!Very disappointed in them! :-(

There are plenty of good builders out there, Monmouth Custom Builders is simply not one of them. Their work is cheap, rushed and poor. Do yourself a favor keep searching, and use a different builder.Service: Home building
