“This place was my first ever barbershop experience, and it left an amazing first impression for how things are supposed to go at a barbershop. It’s in a very good spot with ample street parking down the main street of South River.
Communication with the owner to set up appointments is excellent, seamless, and easy. The owner is incredibly professional, friendly, understanding, and inviting. The music they play here too is a vibe too.
The barbers themselves are top notch, and incredibly patient. When I see them work with kids, they get the job done and help them feel comfortable.
To me, the only thing holding me back from giving this place 5 stars is the wait time. Sometimes you have to wait quite a bit for your turn if it’s busy, but it’s worth the wait.

“Decided to look for a new barber because my normal guy has been lacking, I was recommended by a coworker to check out Prestige. I have to say since moving back to NJ easily the best cus I've received in over a year. MO is an artist with his tools not to mention the great and relatable conversations. It was definitely a great experience and a top tier cut for a very reasonable price given the financial climate these days.
