We hired John for our new home inspection. He was very helpful with the preparation of the inspection, especially recommending to request an OPRA from the town to learn about old open permits or violations that might exist on the house. He also recommended and coordinated several additional specific inspections for us. He is very detailed in his inspection and provided us with a lengthy and detailed easy to read report with pictures that were helpful for us to understand the potential areas of concerns with the house we were considering. John is amazing. This was the third purchase he inspected for me and he did my brother's house as well. He really lives up to the name THOROUGH! He was easy to schedule, prompt and efficient. The entire inspection was on schedule and he had the report to me exactly when he said he would. I couldn't have asked for more. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend him!
