*UPDATE: Manager contacted me to apologize. She offered to comp the cut and do it herself. She sent me her schedule for 2;weeks so I could pick a day. Good customer service! Online showed appointments available until 4:40. Didn't make appointment but walked in at 4:37 for a boys haircut. Was told by both workers that they already packed their supplies and counted out the register and we're not doing any more cuts. I've taken my son's here before and cuts take about 10 minutes. Seems like of a shop is advertising they are open until 5, they should count out at 5.

I went to supercuts this past Saturday, if you are looking for anyone to cut your hair, ask for ANDREA!! Not only was she the best but she is hilarious. I will only trust her touching my hair. I love her!!
