Loved my experience with ServiceMaster, and I do a lot of reviews folks. I had a pipe burst & it did a significant amount of damage to my home. I reached out to ServiceMaster, and Mike the project manager called me asap & stayed in contact w/me until his arrival. He mitigated, and came up with a plan of action quickly. Doug & Luis arrived the next morning to begin the work. This team went above and beyond, Doug went over the plan & explained everything in detail, and he was extremely meticulous. With all the flood damage consumed by my basement, me and my family were absolutely devastated. This company did a great job bringing our basement back to normal in no time! True life savers. My entire basement flooded after a storm and I reached out to them and within the hour got a response. They were extremely efficient and sent a team over to my house that day and cleaned the entire basement. All the water was gone.
