Absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever been too! The office waiting area was comfortable, the staff were so friendly, and Dr. Zhu was so sweet! She was asking if I was doing alright throughout the cleaning and letting me know when I might feel pressure, super communicative. When we were all finished, she even took the time to ask if I had any questions after, to which I did and she was so informative. Loved!!
I’m a new patient at BriteSmile and I have to say, I have never felt so comfortable at a dental office. Dr. Zhu, Peggy, Tarra, Angie, and Karla are so kind and welcoming. I struggle with dental anxiety and I truly did not expect to feel as calm as I did in the chair during my appointments. Everyone there is so professional, but they also treat you like a human being, not just a patient/client/customer. My husband had a dental emergency at the worst time possible (we are expecting a new baby any day now) and they were able to squeeze him in as a last minute NEW patient on a day they weren’t even slated to be open. Talk about going above and beyond! But it didn’t stop there, they were all so incredible accommodating and sweet.
My husband is generally an awful patient, and actually enjoyed his experience here and is looking forward to returning to have some additional work done because of the warm atmosphere.
