So glad I came here after reading the reviews! Susan was EXTREMELY patient with my 15mo son who had just gotten over an earache and was very sensitive to being touched near his ears. She did great with his hair and the facility itself was so cute - he got to sit in a little police car… highly recommend!
My experience here has been uneven. The vibe and environment are very child-friendly. I have had hairdressers who were so warm and capable that my children still talk about them to this day and hairdressers who argued with me about or even ignored simple requests (e.g., bangs, a scissor cut) and who spent every second telling a toddler to stay still and even asking me to hold their head still. We are now happy at another salon, but most of my haircuts here have been good overall.
It was my daughter’s first haircut and it was really good. She was a little scared but Jennifer was really patient and gentle with my daughter. The salon has really nice cars or planes seats for the kids, iPads and some candy. We really enjoy our time there and definitely recommend it!! We will come back for sure :)
