HGO was great. They were with us the whole way and checked in with us constantly. Chris was always accessible.
We worked with Chris from HGO as our mortgage broker. We had a very short timeline to close on a property, and given some of the work that was required on this property, our other lender had dropped out at the last minute. Chris and team saved the deal, securing a mortgage in under two weeks. What makes this even more impressive is that this all happened during the holidays, with our application right before Christmas and the mortgage approval arriving a few days after New Year's. HGO was able to get us a competitive mortgage rate as well. Closing costs were comparable to working directly with our bank, but HGO actually came through.
