good for kids
Cesar-Kai Academy provides excellent karate instruction for children. The staff is patient and accommodating, helping young students learn and grow. They create a kid-friendly environment where children feel encouraged and supported. Parents have seen positive changes in their children's behavior, discipline, and confidence since attending classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, providing personal attention to each student. The Little Samurai class is a hit, with instructors who work closely with the kids to ensure they understand the moves. Students eagerly look forward to their belt testing and tip testing, as the instructors know each child's name and progress. Parents have witnessed their children becoming more confident, focused, disciplined, and flexible through their training at Cesar-Kai Academy.
My daughter just started in the Little Samuari class and has been having so much fun! The instructors are great and they really work with the kids to make sure they understand the moves.
Cesar Kai is such a welcoming, friendly community. My 5 year old had no martial arts background. He was shy in his first class but in the past year has emerged as a confident blue belt. He loves graduating each quarter with a new belt and knowing he had to earn it by learning new moves. The fun events such as board breaking buddy week, events for Mother's day and Father's day, and parents' night out make our son want to come back more and more. As a parent, I love not just the discipline and fitness, but the "mat chats" where topics such as compassion and composure are taught. Our son has already said his long-term goal is to become a black belt!
Cesar-Kai is great with children! My son is almost five and always complains about doing anything new. They are incredibly accommodating, helping him get into the rhythm of class. Over the course of six classes I see a big difference in how he approaches class. Very kid friendly.
