Jacob efficiently upgraded my UPS WorldShip software. I appreciated his describing the problem and solution as he worked. All of the Integris representatives who have assisted me have been highly competent, courteous and professional.
I can't thank you enough for getting me access to a spare computer first thing in the morning. When I arrived at work and realized I accidentally left my computer at home I thought I would have to make the 45 minute drive (each way) to retrieve it. Wilbur did an excellent job (as always) and I was up and running within the hour. Thumbs up!
Company culture seems to be the most important internal value at this company, and I believe that encourages results and makes you want to work more and do better because you know the team is supporting you and matching your efforts.
