Alex is a master of his craft. Although the store doesn’t specialize in video game console repairs, Alex was able to diagnose and perform a full joystick replacement in mere minutes on my Steam Deck. He was patient, flexible and extremely helpful through the process. Could not possible recommend this place (or Alex) more.

I went there today, to have my laptop fixed in the same day. They are really great at what they do. Customer service was excellent, professionalism was excellent and time taking to diagnose and fix my laptop was minimal.

Took a laptop in for an upgrade. Super super nice! Gave us options and prices right away! Nothing hidden and very upfront. Totally recommend to anyone that needs repairs or even a newer computer! These guys are AWESOME!
