Laundry Chute Express is a laundromat with fantastic machines and friendly, helpful staff. It is very clean and is a go-to spot for many loyal customers. The business hours are good, staying open until 11pm. Pricing is average, with specials like saving fifty cents on loads on Wednesdays. Payment can be made with quarters, or through an app using PayPal and/or Tap & Pay. Some customers report drawbacks. A frequent concern is too many washers and dryers being out of service for over a month, which creates a headache to wait. However, the owner has addressed dryer issues in the past, fixing many to drastically reduce wait time. Another significant concern is the app payment system, which some customers report charges $1.25 more per load than the quarter price shown on the machine, making them feel overcharged and very unhappy. The coin machine is often not working, forcing the use of the app. There is also no attendant on site to assist, though other customers are often helpful.
This is my go to laundromat every week for the dedicated staff and cleanliness.
Writing this review to reach the owner to update about the dryer situation. Only 9 dryers are working out of which 2 are only with quarters.
There are 15-18 washers maybe.
Please spend some money and get the dryer fixed as it's a headache to wait. Please look in the situation at earliest.

Machine are fantastic, pricing is average, business hour are good open till 11pm, the coin machine was not working but they did have some kind of app that you could use not sure how is worked I had my own quarters.
Had to make a dryer run. Haven't been in a laundromat in almost eight years ?. But the experience was nice. By the way somethings haven't changed: 8 min for $.25. $2.00 to dry dark clothes, another $2.00 for towels and $1.00 for under clothes. What did change: .75 for two (2) dryer sheets. I was prepared. I had plenty of change. Wow!!!! Oh and you can pay using your phone: PayPal and/or Tap & Pay. Only drawback: No Attendant on site. Bummer. Needed someone to assist with the older folks. Thank God humanity was on full reveal. The young people really helped. I learned a lot that day!
