Keaton Plumbing Services is known for taking the extra time to figure out why a problem started in the first place, whether it is a recurring clog, low water pressure, or a leak that has been hiding for months. On some jobs, the solution is simple; on others, it involves replacing old lines or upgrading outdated fixtures. Customers often remark on the careful explanations and the sense that the crew is working to protect the home for the long term, not just to finish the job and move on. The plumbers are friendly, communicative, and good with dogs and children. They are responsible for all of the leaks, with a lot of knowledge and experience in solving water problems. They are prompt and arrive on time, working quickly and efficiently while being attentive to every detail. They explain the need for action and demonstrate why, keeping customers informed and included. The crew is efficient and always keeps customers updated, getting the job done in 2 working days. The cost of the project is fair. Highly recommend them!
The team was very professional, and they did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. They provided several options and gave a quote right there at the assessment. The work was done the same day, and the payment was made electronically. I would highly recommend. Honesty and trustworthiness.
