Just got back from my 1st appointment at Deyong’s Eye World... I have to say EVERYONE I encountered was absolutely wonderful! Dr Zastrow is absolutely the best! He answered all of my questions and never ever seemed bothered by any of it which is NOT the case with others I’ve been to. He could’ve very easily taken my money for new frames (I didn’t know my particular style could be adjusted) but instead let me know the adjustment was free and could be done right there very easily. He is funny, informative and absolutely made me feel comfortable asking all my questions. I read some of the reviews in regards to charging for samples however I received a sample pair today AND he ordered another color sample pair for me to try which I did not pay for so that accusation is false. In the past, I’ve dreaded the eye doctor because my experiences were so crappy... I can’t stand a Dr that is bothered by questions and makes it pretty obvious they want to get you out the door... That is NOT the case here. I would highly recommend Deyong’s and Dr Z!
