“I walked into Health and Fitness Professionals feeling like a 1998 shopping cart with three bad wheels and a squeaky axle. My back sounded like a bowl of Rice Krispies every time I stood up, and getting out of bed required a detailed tactical operations plan.

After a few visits, I’m convinced these people are practicing some form of legal wizardry.

The staff is friendly, professional, and somehow managed to put me back together without using duct tape or replacement parts. I came in moving like a retired action figure and left feeling like I could challenge Father Time to a cage match.

The office is clean, welcoming, and everyone genuinely seems to care about helping you feel better. I can’t guarantee they’ll turn you into a professional athlete, but they definitely made me feel like I upgraded from “held together by hope” to “factory reset.”

If your body is making noises that should only come from an old pirate ship, do yourself a favor and go see the team at Health and Fitness Professionals.

“I cannot recommend Dr. Hudak enough. I came to him after spending so much time and money seeing many different doctors trying to relieve my persistent back pain that resulted from a back injury. I had a few herniations in my low back and couldn’t find relief from the pain I had.
My first visit with Dr. Hudak, he started with a very thorough examination. From that first visit, he made it clear to me that he was highly experienced and that there was no doubt he could make things better for me. The following visit he gave me a detailed review of the examination and a plan that would progress me toward feeling better.
I am now a little less than halfway through the plan he created for me and I am already feeling significantly better. Each time I see him, I have no doubt that he knows exactly what I need that day.
