312 Inman Ave, Colonia“Rupa is very good but when i went last time she was eating and obviously stopped after i walked in but i could tell she did not wash her hands as they still smelt like tepla (a indian food). Her brush that she uses needs to be changed out because it’s on the rougher side and most likely used on everyone. But she is good with eyebrows but sanitation wise needs to improve“
