A patient of Dr. Neveling for many years, always good care, today I had the pleasure of being seen by Nurse Practitioner Lauren McCutcheon. A great visit with her! Most certainly she is medically knowledgeable, it was her genuine caring manner and friendliness that prompted me to write this review. She took the time to listen to me, easy conversation with her. A great visit, I’ll gladly go back to follow with her.
Jess (the NP) is absolutely amazing! I can't speak for the rest of the crew, but I refer people to her frequently! She is amazingly thorough and makes you feel like your time and health means something. Some doctors rush you out of an appointment to keep the timing of other patients. After meeting Jess and using her as my doctor for 2 years, I know that she will answer EVERY question I have until I am satisfied; therefore, if it takes her a little longer to get to me at my appointment time, I know she is doing the same for another person. The office staff has been mostly nice to me, so I don't really get the complaints.
I was referred here by a friend and was skeptical due to the bad reviews, but have found it to be great. I've gone 5 times over the last 6 months and have never had a bad experience with any staff nor waited longer than 10 minutes. NP Katie is amazing and thorough, she took the time to get my BP correctly managed for the first time despite other doctors failed efforts and corrected another key misdiagnosis. I feel better than I have in years. They also draw labs right at the office which is easy and convenient!
