Called Jim for a leak in my fathers home and within an hour he was over the house looking at the issue. He spent a good amount of time explaining everything to me as to what the issue was and how he could solve it while giving me a very fair price. He came back less than 24 hours to do the job and it went so smoothly. His communication, commitment to his customers and professionalism was world class.
