I am a truck driver, born in 1983, from Northeastern Korea. I commute between New Jersey and Boston every day. Driving for a long time is very bad for my health. My blood pressure rises to 180/110. The attending doctor wants to give me more medicine, but I don’t like taking medicine. Taking too much blood pressure medicine is not good. My stomach is bloated, my arms and legs are weak, my blood fat is high, and I smoke. I often buy Coke, energy drinks, and sausages at rest stops.
